How to get us

By car

You can get to Leuven via the E40 or the E314 motorway. Our headquarters and training centre are located near Leuven central station which has a toll car park (parking De Bond). However, there are many different car parks in Leuven so you can choose to park in another one as well.

By public transport

The Thalys and the Eurostar both stop in Brussels (Brussels-South railway station). Once you have arrived, you can get a direct train to Leuven. It will take you about 20 minutes to Leuven depending on the train you take. Our offices are located 3 minutes from Leuven station.

You can also take the bus to Leuven but it will take you longer to get to your destination.

By plane

There are 2 important airports in Belgium.

Brussels National Airport

The Brussels National Airport is located in Zaventem and is approximately 20 minutes by car from Leuven. On top of that, there is a train station under the airport in which you can take a direct train to Leuven. Taxis are also available for hire at the airport.

Brussels South Charleroi Airport

The Brussels Charleroi Airport is approximately 1 hour away by car from Leuven. Budget plane carriers like Ryanair and JetairFly depart from this airport. The connection with Leuven by public transport is not ideal. There are some busses which take you to Brussels and from there you can take the train to Leuven. There are also taxis available for hire at the airport.
